All too often, people start projects and even finish them without asking the important questions of where they are going and why. Working this way has a tendency to produce an end-product that, even though it may look and feel impressive, fails to meet its business goals and the needs of its users.
There are many aspects to a successful digital product. There is the technical aspect, what technologies to use and why. There is the not-so-small matter of branding and communications; look and feel, voice and tone, what to say and how to say it. There are others, and all of them need to be looked at and evaluated in relation to the limitations and opportunities of digital user experience. Which is where we come in.
